       Tender Care Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation provider (NEMT). We provide transportation for people with disability or medical conditions. The lack of transportation due to a disability or medical condition is a very serious and very common problem for many people nationwide. So much so that according to the American Hospital Association (AHA), a staggering 3.6 million Americans miss multiple medical appointments each year. A 2019 survey by Kaiser Permanente found that one-third of Americans frequently or occasionally experience stress over their families' transportation needs.

   We are committed to providing the highest quality of services to our clients, by providing prompt, courteous yet affordable transportation service also by ensuring our staff maintain the appropriate training. Our staff is not only highly trained, but ethical and compassionate. Those in our care will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. We follow industry practices and rely on the latest technology to measure better ways of improving our services.

   Our vehicles are spacious and follow all ADA guidelines and regulations with wheelchair ramps and lifts available. While our drivers cannot provide medical assistance, they can provide assistance transferring in and out of our vehicles and providing you with safe travels despite your limitations. In regard to safety during the ride, all of our vans are equipped with Q-straint tie downs to ensure all medical equipment and devices remain secure.​
